On the Subscribers tab, you specify who can subscribe to
receive email notifications for a record when the rule is evaluated
as TRUE.
Procedure
- In the EmailPlusRule record type, click the Subscribers tab.
- Click New to create a subscription
record. You must create a subscription record for each site or replica
that requires the subscription function.
- Click the More push button that
is next to the Permitted Subscriber Groups field.

Select the HCL Compass user groups that
are permitted to subscribe to the rule.
Note: Selecting from the Permitted Subscriber Groups list prevents users who
are not members of selected groups from subscribing, However, users are not automatically removed
from permitted subscribers if group memberships subsequently change. You must remove a person from a
group manually. If no subscription groups are specified, anyone can subscribe.
