Viewing recently accessed records
HCL Compass Web keeps a history of the most recently accessed records only for your current user session so that you can easily view them again.
About this task
The most recently accessed record is at the top of the list. If you have accessed a record two or more times, it appears in the list only once. If you have not accessed any records, the list is empty. If you deleted the record after accessing it, it is removed from the list.
To view a recently accessed record:

In the left pane, in the Recent Items
view, click an item to display it.
