Users can manage the change request environment from the Web (HCL Compass Web). Administrators configure and manage that environment by using various administration tools.

The HCL Compass Web client is a browser-based interface and runs on Windows™, the UNIX™ system, or Linux™ operating systems. The browser-based interface is intuitive and easy-to-use for tracking defects and change requests
The HCL Compass Client has an interface based on Eclipse technology and runs on Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
