Installation Steps

To install the BigFix Server perform the following steps:

Download BigFix.
Install the Server using the License Authorization file (*.BESLicenseAuthorization) you created in the License Key Center or, in the case of a Proof-of-Concept evaluation, that was provided to you by your IBM Technical Sales Representative. During the installation you request the license and create the masthead file.
Note: Before running the installation ensure that DB2 is up and running
Verify that the installation completed successfully.
