Deploy the components on a Linux system
The Linux deployment node provides a set of tasks that you can use to
install or remove the following components in a Linux™
environment.
- Target and controller software
- CLI tools
- Gateway support
- Broker support
Note: To install the target, CLI and gateway components on a Red Hat Linux version 6.0 64-bit computer, the following libraries, along with their
dependencies, must be installed if they are not already installed. For all components,
glibc.i686 and additionally for the target component, libgcc.i686,
libXmu.i686, libXi.i686, libXp.i686,libXtst.i686, and libXScrnSaver.i686.
