Report a single false positive variant

Procedure

  1. Select an item in the Result List.
  2. In the Detail Pane > Request/Response tab, browse through the variants of the selected issue.
  3. When the variant you want to send is displayed, click Report False Positive on the Detail pane toolbar.

    The Report False Positive dialog box opens.

  4. When saving the file, depending on your Encryption setting, choose Appscan encrypted files (. Encrypted) or Zip Files (.zip) under the Save as type option. Alternatively, change the .extension of the filename to .encrypted or .zip
  5. Click Save File and save the file to disk.

    Depending on your Encryption Setting in step 4, the file is saved in .encrypted or .zip format.
