These are the available scan templates in AppScan Enterprise. The security team might also create templates that are specific to your organization.

| Malware scan | Scan sites for malicious links |
| Parameter-based navigation | Used for sites containing parameter-based navigation |
| Quick and Light scan | Scan for the most common and easy to find security issues |
| Security scan | Scan sites for security issues |
| Web Services Security scan | Scan web services for security issues |
| WebGoat v5 | Contains predefined settings for the OWASP WebGoat example site |
| WebSphere® Commerce Security scan | Scan sites built on the WebSphere Commerce platform |
