Providing DNCA ZIP to Support

About this task

When you work with Customer Support and Discover Engineering to resolve issues at a customer site, provide the support.zip file on the debug.php site to help troubleshooting the issue.

Note: When you provide coredumps, provide the type and version of Linux on which the DNCA is installed.

ZIP file contents

Procedure

  1. Core dump file
  2. Binary file that created the dump
  3. dcx-conf.xml
  4. privacy.cfg
  5. Maintenance and stats logs from the current and previous days.
