Viewing log files

Session Archiving has a log file and an extended log file. These log files might be helpful when troubleshooting system errors.

Procedure

  1. From the Unica Discover Portal, select Data Export > Session Archiving.
  2. Click Scheduled Tasks.
    The list of scheduled tasks are displayed.
  3. Select the required task.
  4. Select the three dots at the last column of the selected task row and select View Log or Extended Log.
    The log file is displayed.
