Data Capture

Note: Unless the DNCA is using failover, Discover does not capture hits at all during the period between the Discover stop and Discover start commands. Typically, this process lasts between 5-10 minutes. Discover recommends scheduling the upgrade during off-peak hours.

Depending on your version of the DNCA, Failover may or may not be supported. See "DNCA Web Console - Failover Tab" in the Unica Discover Network Capture Application Manual.
