Anomaly Detection list

In the Anomaly Detection list, you can review all of the available anomaly detection for the currently selected anomaly detection group.

  • To step through the list of items, press the Up or Down arrows on your keyboard.
  • To scroll through the list, press the Page Up or Page Down keys on your keyboard.
  • To select an item, click it or highlight using keyboard navigation.
  • To edit an item (ratios only), press ENTER or double-click it.
  • On the left side of the screen, you can click a anomaly detection group to display a different set of related anomaly detections. See Anomaly Detection Groups panel.
  • To sort the list by a column, click the column header. To sort the list in the reverse order, click the column header again.
  • A context menu is available for selected items. To see the context menu, right-click one or more items in the list. See Anomaly Detection list context menu.
  • To select multiple items in the list, press SHIFT or CTRL and select the items.
  • Items are highlighted in the list that is based on the current edit state of the item. See Manage Events - Events tab.
Column
Description
Active
A check mark\ appears in this column if the object is active.
Event or Ratio
The event or ratio for which the deviations are calculated
  • If the deviation includes a specific dimension, the display name of the dimension is also listed in parentheses.
Dimension
The dimension for the anomaly detection
Freq
The frequency of when the deviation is calculated
Ratio
A check mark indicates that the anomaly detection is a ratio.
Modified
Timestamp of when the deviation was last modified

Anomaly Detection list context menu

When you right-click a anomaly detection in the Anomaly Detection List, the following commands are available:

Command
Description
Make Inactive
Make the selected anomaly detection inactive.
Delete
Delete a anomaly detection. Before the delete is permitted, you must remove the dependencies between the event and other event-related objects.
Note: Deleting an object removes it from the server. A deleted object cannot be restored.
  • You cannot delete Discover system objects.
Revert
Revert the changes to the anomaly detection that were not committed to the version stored on the server. See Discover Event Manager.
Export Item
Mark item for inclusion in the next export. Items can be exported through the Export tab in the Event Manager. See Manage Events - Import-Export Tabs.
