Getting started with IMA implementation

This guide allows you to implement the Unica and IntelliService integration for Intelligent marketing assistant. To get started with the implementation of Unica and IntelliService integration:

1. Prepare list of Unica Journey API.
2. Import existing out of box IMA flows into IntelliService.
3. Configure Unica documents for document search.
4. Alternatively, you can create a custom flow using IntelliService conversational designer.
5. Integrate the Unica Journey API in the custom flow.
6. Test the custom flow in IntelliService chat window.
