Specifies the default SMS management class that Z Data Tools
uses when allocating the Z Data Tools print data set. The maximum
length you can specify for PRTMGMTC is eight (8) bytes. PRTMGMTC is
optional. If omitted the SMS management class specified in PMGMT is
used, if supplied.
