Specifies the default SMS management class that ZDT/IMS uses when
allocating the Extract keys file. The maximum length you can specify
for XKEYMGMTC is eight (8) bytes. XKEYMGMTC is optional. If omitted
the SMS management class specified in PMGMT is used, if supplied.
This parameter can only be specified on the HFM1POPD macro statement.
