Specifies the default SMS management class that Z Data Tools uses
when allocating the data set created when the SQL command is issued.
The maximum length you can specify for SHOWMGMTC is eight (8) bytes.
SHOWMGMTC is optional. If omitted the SMS management class specified
in PMGMT is used, if supplied.
