Displaying properties of a VOB replica using the Properties Browser

On Windows®, the Properties Browser displays the properties of a replica.

About this task

Procedure

To start the Properties Browser from Windows Explorer:
  1. Navigate to the VOB.
  2. Right-click the VOB and click VersionVault > Properties of VOB.
  3. Click the Replicas tab.
  4. Select the replica and then click Replica Properties.
You can also start the Properties Browser from the VersionVault Administration Console or the command line:
  • To start the Properties Browser from the VersionVault Administration Console:
    1. Navigate to All VOBs.
    2. Click View > List.
    3. Right-click the VOB and select Properties.
    4. Click the Replicas tab.
    5. Select the replica and then click Replica Properties.
  • To start the Properties Browser from the command line:
    • Using the cleardescribe command:
      cleardescribe replica:replica-selector
      For example:
      cleardescribe replica:boston_hub@\dev
    • Using the describe –graphical command:
      cleartool describe –graphical replica:replica-selector
      For example:
      cleartool describe –graphical replica:sanfran_hub@\tests
