About this task

If possible, avoid adding HCL VersionVault users while domain migration is in progress. If you cannot avoid it, use either of the following methods:

Create the user’s account in the Active Directory domain and ask the user to set CLEARCASE_PRIMARY_GROUP environment variable to the domain-qualified name of the HCL VersionVault users group that has been cloned and exists in the Active Directory domain.
Create the user in the Windows NT® domain, and then migrate the user account.
