Features not supported on the Core VersionVault UNIX platforms

Java-based components are not supported on the Core VersionVault UNIX platforms. Therefore, the following Eclipse-based features are not supported:

• Eclipse-based GUIs, which includes:
  • HCL VersionVault Explorer
  • Unicode Diff/Merge GUI
  • Help viewer

In addition, the following tools that are written in Java are not supported:

• HCL VersionVault Remote Client, which includes:
  • VersionVault WAN server
  • VersionVault Client, which includes:
    • Automatic views
    • Web views
    • rcleartool
• CCAudits, which is an optional plug-in for Ant that enables VersionVault auditing of Ant builds
• CM API
