Installation checklist: HCLCognos integration

Integrate HCLCognos® with HCL® EMM applications by creating HCLCognos data sources and configuring the HCLCognos application firewall. You must also create reporting, configure Cognos reporting properties in Marketing Platform, and configure and test HCLCognos to use HCL EMM authentication.

The following list provides a high-level overview of how to install and configure the HCL components and reports on the HCLCognos system:

  1. Obtain the JDBC driver for the Marketing Platform system tables.
