After you create a program, you can create a project request
or project from within the program. When you do so, Unica Plan automatically links the project request or new project to the program.
About this task
After you add a project request or a project to a program,
you cannot change the security policy of the project request, project,
or program. You must remove the item from the program to change the
security policy.
Procedure

Go to the Summary tab of the program that you want to contain the new
project request or project.

Click the Manage Linked Objects icon () and select either Add Request to create a project request or
Add Project to create a project.

Complete one of the following actions:
- Follow the steps in Submitting requests to add a project
request and associate it with this program. After a user accepts the request, the project that is
created from this project request is also part of this program.
- Follow the steps in Creating projects to add a project and associate it with this program.
When you complete the steps, the project request or project opens to the
Summary tab. The Summary tab has a field that is called
Parent Items and Code. This field contains a link to the program of which the
project is a part.
- Click the link to open the program.
Scroll to the bottom of the Summary tab of the program to view a list of
all the projects that are contained in the program.
