Synchronizing users assures that system tables contain all of the user information that is entered through either Unica Platform or Unica PlanUnica Collaborate. You must synchronize users when you create new users.

Procedure

Log in to Unica PlanUnica Collaborate.
Click Settings > Unica PlanUnica Collaborate Settings.
Click Synchronize Users.
