About this task
Before you can delete a plan, you must remove any programs
linked to it. Removing the link does not delete the program from HCL®
Marketing Operations,
it simply breaks the link.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Summary tab of the
plan from which to remove a linked program.
- Click the Manage Linked Objects icon
(
) and select Remove.The Remove
Program Links From Plan window appears.
- Select the program you want to remove from the Linked
Program(s) field.
- Click the right-pointing arrows button to move the program
into the Selected Items to Remove field.
To move the program back to the Linked Program(s) field,
click the program in the Selected Items to Remove field
and click the left-pointing arrows.
- Click Save Changes.
