Unica Interact Report Package components

To use the reporting feature for Interact, install the IBM Cognos® package and reporting schemas on the Unica Platform system.

The following table describes the components that you can select when you install the report package for Interact:

This two-columned table provides information about the components in one column, and the description in the second column.
Component Description
Unica Interact reporting schemas (to be installed on the Unica system) The Unica Interact reporting schemas make the following data from all Unica Interact data sources available for reporting:
  • Interactive channel-based campaign
  • Offers
  • Cells
IBM Cognos package for UnicaInteract (to be installed on the IBM Cognos system) The IBM Cognos package includes the following components:
  • A reporting metadata model for the UnicaInteract database tables
  • A set of example reports that you can use to track campaign, offer, and cell performance
