Interact Report Package components

To use the reporting feature for Interact, install the HCL® Cognos® package and reporting schemas on the Marketing Platform system.

The following table describes the components that you can select when you install the report package for Interact:

This two-columned table provides information about the components in one column, and the description in the second column.
Component Description
HCL Interact reporting schemas (to be installed on the HCL Marketing Software system) The Interact reporting schemas make the following data from all Interact data sources available for reporting:
  • Interactive channel-based campaign
  • Offers
  • Cells
HCL Cognos package for HCL® Interact (to be installed on the HCL Cognos system) The HCL Cognos package includes the following components:
  • A reporting metadata model for the Interact database tables
  • A set of example reports that you can use to track campaign, offer, and cell performance
