Configure gateways for triggered messages

Use triggered message gateways to send and receive offer information from inbound and outbound channels.

You can use the following inbound and outbound gateways with triggered messages.

  • HCL® Interact Inbound Gateway for HCL Universal Behavior Exchange
  • HCL Interact Outbound Gateway for HCL Universal Behavior Exchange
  • HCL Interact Email (Transact) Outbound Gateway for HCL Marketing Cloud
  • HCL Interact Outbound Gateway for HCL Mobile Push Notification
