Upgrade paths

The following are the supported upgrade paths.

12.1.1 -> 12.1.2

12.1.0.x -> 12.1.2

Customers prior to 12.0.x must perform fast upgrade to 12.1 and then upgrade to 12.1.2.

Unica Collaborate 12.1 supports the fast upgrade approach. This approach allows upgrades from version 8.6 onwards to version 12.1. This helps the customers bypassing the multi-step upgrade. The Fast Upgrade approach is also useful in reducing upgrade downtime. The approach is provided for Unica Platform, Campaign, Collaborate, Plan, Interact for upgrade from 8.6.x version onwards.

Where to find report package reference documentation

Reference documentation for report packages is no longer available on the documentation server where the PDF versions of the product documentation are posted. You can access the reference documentation for report packages after you install the reporting schemas on the machine where the Unica Platform is installed. The reference documentation is in a subdirectory of the Cognos10 directory under the report package installation.
