Corporate marketers develop templates for reusable campaign logic and lists of customer contacts.
- Unica Collaborate
  Unica Collaborate provides marketing organizations with the ability to distribute the execution of centrally managed marketing campaigns throughout the enterprise.
- Customize Collaborate
  You can customize the Collaborate interface to meet your needs. Customization settings are available in Collaborate when you click Settings or Settings > Collaborate Settings.

The sections for the individual processes provide step-by-step guidance for configuring each process. Each set of the individual process configuration instructions assumes that you have added the process to your flowchart as a first step.
