Creating a system user
After the installation of Collaborate, create a system user with an administrative role in either Collaborate or Campaign. Users with an administrative role have different privileges than a normal user and can perform administrative tasks.
Log in to HCL Unica as a user with an administrative role in the Platform and create a user with at least the following permissions:
- The Collaborate Admin role in Collaborate
- The Admin role in Campaign
Make a note of the user name, as you must use this name as the value of the systemUserLoginName and flowchartServiceCampaignServicesAuthorizationLoginName parameters in a later step.
