About referencing a Deliver document

An Deliver mailing must reference an Deliver document. An Deliver document can be referenced by only one mailing at a time. Multiple mailings cannot reference the same document.

An Deliver document defines how email messages display to each recipient. The structure and content of the email depends on the design of the document template, personalization settings in the document, and on personal data contained in the recipient list referenced to the same mailing.

On the mailing tab, you can display a dialog box that lists the Deliver documents available for reference in the mailing. To make the document available for reference, the Email Designer must have previously saved and published the document using the Document Composer.
