  - Unica Open Insights Overview
    Unica Open Insights is an open data model framework that integrates with popular Business Intelligence (BI) tools to help visualize the data and generate reports as per business requirements.

    If you are a new user, you must install Unica Open Insights. If you are an existing user, you must upgrade Unica Open Insights.

Open Insights for Campaign

In the 12.1.2 release, Open Insights supports Unica Campaign.

In this release, Open Insights supports custom audiences. Open Insights does not support Campaign, Offer, or Cell custom attributes.
