Adding images to a zone by selecting from a menu

You add images to a document by adding the images to zones defined in the document template. The Message Editor provides a menu for working with content in zones. To display the menu, right-click a zone in the document.

Procedure

  1. In the Message Editor, open the communication.
  2. Select the zone to which you want to add the image.
  3. Right-click the zone and select Add content > Asset from the content library.

    The content selector window opens.

  4. In the content selector, browse to the folder that contains the image that you want to add.
  5. Click Insert to add the image to the zone.
  6. To configure image attributes, right-click the image and select Edit content formatting. In zones that contain multiple content, go to the image that you want to format or access the image in the Personalized content window.
