Testing eMessage partition configuration and connections

Use the scripts that are provided by eMessage to verify the partition configuration and its connection to IBM® Marketing Software Hosted Services. You must also confirm if you can access the mailing interface from the partition.

Before you begin

Important: Before you begin, if you have changed the Campaign or eMessage configurations, confirm that you have restarted the web application server that hosts Campaign and that you have restarted the Response and Contact Tracker.
