Deploying the Contact Optimization web application
You can deploy the Contact Optimization web application by using an EAR file or you can deploy the individual WAR files.
To deploy Contact Optimization, follow the guidelines in this section and then start the Campaign server.
When you ran the HCL® installer, you may have included Contact Optimization in an EAR file, or you may choose to deploy the Contact Optimization WAR file. If you included the Marketing Platform or other products in an EAR file, you must follow all the deployment guidelines detailed in the individual install guides for the products included in the EAR file.
You must know how to work with your web application server. Consult your web application server documentation for details such as navigation in the Administration console.
