Accessing Unica Contact Central

Contact your Unica administrator to confirm if Contact Central configuration is complete.

To access Contact Central, perform the following steps:


  1. Log in to the Unica application.
    The Unica homepage appears.
  2. Select the ContactCentral menu.
    The Contact Central page appears.
    Note: If you cannot see the ContactCentral menu, contact your Unica administrator.
