Updating a linked campaign

You must update a linked campaign any time you change the value for a field outside of the TCS®.

Before you begin

You must have the Edit Campaign permission in Unica Campaign to update the campaign.

About this task

When you change the value for a field, outside of the TCS®, whose data gets passed to Unica Campaign, you must update the linked campaign. By default, these fields are in the Campaign Summary section of the project Summary tab. Your template creator might have created other fields on other tabs whose data also is passed to Unica Campaign. When in doubt, consult your template creator.
Note: Data in the TCS® gets sent to Unica Campaign when you publish the TCS®.

To update a linked campaign, complete the following steps.

Procedure

  1. Open the campaign project for the linked campaign.
  2. On the Summary tab, click the Update Campaign icon (Two pages image).
