Unica Plan and Unica Campaign Integration Guide
Offers and offer templates in an integrated system
If offer integration is enabled, you create offers in Unica Plan, then publish them for use in Unica Campaign. You can set up offers before they are assigned to cells in Unica Campaign. Offers are based on templates, which are also created in Unica Plan.
Offer workflow features
For systems that enable offer integration, several features are available when you work with offers in Unica Plan.
Offer templates and integration with IBM Digital Recommendations (optional)
If your installation also uses Digital Recommendations, you can configure offer templates in Unica Plan to dynamically receive category ID and name values for specified clients.

Offer templates and integration with IBM Digital Recommendations (optional)

If your installation also uses Digital Recommendations, you can configure offer templates in Unica Plan to dynamically receive category ID and name values for specified clients.

With this configuration, to include a category in an offer, users select from a list that is populated directly from Digital Recommendations rather than entering ID numbers manually. For more information, see Including IBM Digital Recommendations categories.
