Configuring Unica Campaign and Unica Optimize after deployment
After you deploy Unica Campaign, you must verify that the Unica Campaign listener is running, set up the Unica Campaign system user, set Unica Campaign configuration properties, and verify the Unica Campaign installation.

About this task

If the Unica Campaign installer cannot access the Unica Platform system tables during the installation process, the installer displays an error message. The installation process proceeds, but go to Settings > Configuration to set the Unica Optimize configuration properties manually.

If required, set the following Unica Optimize configuration properties under the Campaign > unicaACOListener category manually:

useSSL

If you have installed Campaign listener with Listener Type - Run Optimize Sessions only and Campaign listener is not installed in Cluster mode, then you must set Optimize configuration properties under the Campaign > unicaACOListener >

If you have installed Campaign listener in Cluster mode, then you must set Optimize listener configurations under Settings for 'unicaACListener' (Affinium|Campaign|unicaACListener)

If you have installed Campaign listener to Run Optimize session only - then you must set the configuration parameter under Platform configuration. Settings for 'unicaACOListener' (Affinium|Campaign|unicaACOListener)

If you have installed Campaign listener to Run Campaign flowchart and Optimize session both - then you are not required to set the configuration parameters under:

Note: Both these configurations must be same if you have have a single listener.
