Groups

A group is a collection of resources that you designate for combined use.

The following groups types are ones that you might typically create:
MNC
A pool of mobile network connections that can be assigned to another resource. For example, you can assign an MNC group to a subordinate node, eliminating the need to assign each MNC individually.

If you use messaging connection MNCs, you can assign MNCs to a group and restrict routing so that messages always route through the MNCs that are in the group.

Cluster
A pool of subordinate nodes that can be assigned to a principal node, eliminating the need to assign each subordinate node individually. For more information, see Cluster managers.

For more information about other types of groups that you can create, see Groups for mobile access services.
