Proxy Error: Input/output error while communicating with database

This error is thrown by the HCL OneDB™ HTTP Proxy if an error is detected while the proxy is communicating with the database. This error can occur if your database server is not accessible.

Make sure your database server is accessible, check your database and web server error logs.
