The bigintcvint2() function
The bigintcvint2() function converts an int2 type number to a BIGINT type number.
Syntax

bigint *bigintp- int2v
- The int2 value to convert to a bigint value.
- bigintp
- A pointer to a bigint variable to contain the result of the conversion.
