Defining a connection
A connection defines how to access a resource.

To define a connection, complete the following steps:
Procedure

Click Connections at the bottom of the screen. Click
New:

Select the Connection type from the list:

Enter properties as prompted.
Some connection types access the resource to get enumerated values for properties. To display these properties, click Fetch next to the Version drop-down list:

After entering the properties, click Test to establish
the connection to the resource and to ensure that the properties were entered
correctly:
- Give the connection a name and a description. The name becomes the Service name in the Service catalog in Domino Volt.
- Click OK to save the connection.
