- JavaScript™ language elements (JavaScript™)
  The JavaScript™ language elements are based on the ECMAScript Language Specification Standard ECMA-262 (see http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-262.htm). The JavaScript described here applies to the server-side interpreter. Client-side scripts are interpreted by the browser.

  A simple action performs a pre-programmed activity that can be modified by arguments.

  Global objects provide entry points to server-side scripts. Entering the name of a global object instantiates it.

  - I18n (JavaScript)
    This class provides methods for internationalization.
  - Locale (Runtime - JavaScript)
    A Locale object represents a specific geographical, political, or cultural region. An operation that requires a Locale to perform its task is called locale-sensitive and uses the Locale to tailor information for the user. For example, displaying a number is a locale-sensitive operation because the number should be formatted according to the conventions of the user's native country, region, or culture.
  - TimeZone (JavaScript)
    This class represents a time zone offset and figures out daylight saving time.
    - clone (TimeZone - JavaScript)
      Overrides Cloneable.
    - getAvailableIDs (JavaScript)
      Gets all the available IDs supported and also gets available IDs according to the given time zone offset.
    - getDefault (TimeZone - JavaScript)
      Gets the default TimeZone for this host. The source of the default TimeZone may vary with implementation.
    - getDisplayName (Time Zone - JavaScript)
      Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the specified locale.
    - getDSTSavings (JavaScript)
      Gets the daylight saving time zone setting of this time zone.
    - getID (JavaScript)
      Gets the ID of this time zone.
    - getOffset (JavaScript)
      Gets the time zone offset, for current date, modified in case of daylight saving. This is the offset to add *to* UTC to get local time. Parameters: era - the era of the given date. year - the year in the given date. month - the month in the given date. Month is 0-based. e.g., 0 for January. day - the day-in-month of the given date. dayOfWeek - the day-of-week of the given date. milliseconds - the milliseconds in day in standard local time.
    - getRawOffset (JavaScript)
      Gets the unmodified offset - NOT modified in case of daylight saving. This is the offset to add to UTC to get local time.
    - getTimeZone (JavaScript)
      Gets the TimeZone for the given ID.
    - hasSameRules (JavaScript)
      This method returns true if this zone has the same rule and offset as another zone. That is, if this zone differs only in ID, if at all. It returns false if the other zone is null.
    - inDaylightTime (JavaScript)
      Queries if the given date is in daylight saving time in this time zone.
    - setDefault (TimeZone - JavaScript)
      Sets the TimeZone that is returned by the getDefault method. If TimeZone is null, it resets the default to the value it had originally when the VM first started.
    - setID (JavaScript)
      Sets the time zone ID. This does not change any other data in the time zone object.
    - setRawOffset (JavaScript)
      Sets the base time zone offset to GMT. This is the offset to add to UTC to get local time.
    - useDaylightTime (JavaScript)
      Queries if this time zone uses daylight saving time.

getDisplayName (Time Zone - JavaScript)

Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the specified locale.

The variations include the following:

Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the default locale. This method returns the long name, not including daylight saving. If the display name is not available for the locale, then this method returns a string in the format GMT[+-]hh:mm.
Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the default locale. If the display name is not available for the locale, then this method returns a string in the format GMT[+-]hh:mm.
Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the specified locale. This method returns the long name, not including daylight saving. If the display name is not available for the locale, then this method returns a string in the format GMT[+-]hh:mm.
Returns a name of this time zone suitable for presentation to the user in the specified locale. If the display name is not available for the locale, then this method returns a string in the format GMT[+-]hh:mm.

Parameters	Description
`b`	If true, return the daylight saving name
`n`	Either LONG or SHORT.
`Locale`	The locale in which to supply the display name.


Return value	Description
`string`	The readable name of this time zone in the default locale.
