Parse (NotesDOMParser - LotusScript®)
Processes input XML into a standard DOM (Document Object Model) tree structure.
Note: This property is new with Release 6.5.

Syntax
Call notesDOMParser .Parse( [ input ] , [ output ] )
Parameters
input
Variant. The input XML. A string or an object of the following type:
- NotesRichTextItem
- NotesStream
Defaults to SetInput or the input parameter of CreateDOMParser.
output
Variant. Output. An object of the following type:
- NotesRichTextItem
- NotesStream
Defaults to SetOutput or the output parameter of CreateDOMParser.
Usage
This method is an alternative to Process if pipelining is not used.
You cannot explicitly read or write a NotesStream object associated with a file prior to using it for XML input or output. For example, if you write to a file then use it for XML input, you must close and reopen the NotesStream object.
