NotesACLEntry (JavaScript™)
Represents a single entry in an access control list. An entry may be for a person, a group, or a server.
isPublicReader (NotesACLEntry - JavaScript™)
Read-Write. For an entry with Depositor or No access, indicates whether the entry is a public reader of the database.

Legal value	Description
`true`	if the current entry is a public reader
`false`	if the current entry is not a public reader

Usage

Setting this property has no effect on an ACL entry unless the entry has Depositor or No access to a database. If an entry has Manager, Designer, Editor, Author, or Reader access, this property is always true.By default, this property is false for a new entry with Depositor or No access.
