return the PolicyRule object that owns the new CookieRule instance.

Returns:
The owner of the new cookie rule. This item must not be null.

getName

java.lang.String getName()
return the administrative name of the new CookieRule instance.

Returns:
The administrative name of the new cookie rule. If this value is null, then a unique administrative name is created by the system. Note that the administrative name must be unique within the scope of the owner.
