One of the possible change types returned by SyndicationSummary.getChanges() as part of the SyndicatorCompleting and SubscriberCompleting extension points
The Library Updated change indicates syndication has changed a property of an existing library. If the library name changes it will instead be reported as a LibraryRenamed
