Mounting the VOB through the export view

On the non-ClearCase® host, a standard NFS mount is performed on the exported path name. For example, mount /view/libpub_expvu/proj/libpub at /proj/libpub (the same location at which the VOB is mounted on DevOps Code ClearCase hosts).
