Doing more with a to-do

Try assigning to-do items to team members so you can manage project goals. Later, if you don't want to expand all those sections to look for a single item, you can view all to-dos from the To-Do List tab.

Assign a to-do

To-dos are not assigned to anyone by default. So any member of the activity can complete it.
  1. Open your to-do.
  2. Click More options.
  3. Click the arrow after Assigned To.
  4. Select One or more activity members (50 max).
  5. Select people to assign.

Add a due date to a to-do

  1. Open your to-do.
  2. Click More Options.
  3. Click the Due Date field.
  4. Select a new due date from the calendar.
  5. Click Save.

Notify people of a to-do

  1. Open your to-do.
  2. Click More Options.
  3. Select Notify people of this entry.
  4. Select people to notify.
  5. Click Save.
