Managment Center does not export price list in custom currency

Observed behavior
When exporting a price list that includes a custom currency, the custom currency is missing.
Expected behavior
The export of the price list should include all defined currencies, not just the default ones supplied with the product.
Resolution
All currencies defined in the SETCURR table should have been included in the price list export. This has been corrected.
