Display price shows when offer price is not indexed

Observed behavior
When the offer price is not indexed in search, the display (list) price is shown for the product, but the price (offer price) in the cart is different.
Expected behavior
The price on the storefront should be correct.
Resolution
This fix will show "price pending" instead of display (list) price and will disable the add to cart function for the product if the offer price is not found. The display (list) price will only be shown when an offer price exists in the index.
